SL Green Signs 32K-SF Midtown Lease With Howden Tiger

Howden Tiger, a reinsurance brokerage, has signed a 10-year lease for 31,916 square feet at 1350 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. This renewal and expansion includes the entire 34th and penthouse floors in addition to their currently occupied space on the 33rd floor.

Located in New York City’s Plaza District, this Class-A tower is home to financial services firms as well as accounting and legal practices. Steven Durels, SL Green Realty Corp.’s executive vice president and director of leasing & Real Property commented: “Our ongoing re-investment provides our tenants with best-in-class healthy workplace environments that meet today’s market demands.”

Leo Paytas from Newmark represented Howden Tiger while Howard Tenenbaum & Gary Rosen from SL Green handled negotiations internally.
