Sitex Group has acquired the 640,000-square-foot, 40-acre Zuckerberg’s Industrial Park in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. This is one of the largest transactions in the state this year and marks a three generations long ownership by the Zuckerberg family. The campus consists of 50 buildings and a 4-acre trailer parking lot.
