St. John Properties, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate development and management company, has announced the promotion of Brett Foelber to Assistant Vice President of Marketing. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing communications, Foelber initially joined St. John Properties in 2021 as Director of Marketing and will now oversee all marketing, communication and public relations efforts for the company.
Prior to joining St. John Properties, Foelber served as marketing director for MCB Real Estate and is actively involved with community activities such as serving on The First Tee’s Young Professional Board Member in Greater Baltimore area and volunteering at LifePoint Church .
