Altamonte Springs, FL Industrial Storage Tenants Secured by Ramser Development Company

Ramser Development Company has secured two major industrial storage tenants at RV Storage Depot in Altamonte Springs, FL. The 55-acre recreational vehicle and boat storage facility recently improved 3.75 acres to accommodate an undisclosed Fortune 500 company, while 19 acres were leased to Jingoli Power this month. Lease terms for both tenants remain undisclosed. Monica Wonus and David Murphy of CBRE represented Ramser Development in the transaction, with Steve McGeorge from IRG Commercial representing Jingoli Power. Additionally, a 14-acre section was developed by Ramser Development resulting in additional RV and boat storage spaces as well as individual yards for industrial outdoor tenants; all 55 acres are now fully operational under the management of RVSD Management – an affiliate of Ramser Development Company.
