SummerHill Homes has officially launched the sale of the first residences within City Village. This development consists of 404 homes, including 268 detached houses and 136 attached townhouses along with two acres of public park and other open spaces. Townhomes start at $1.1 million while detached homes are priced from $1.5 million respectively.
