L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, in partnership with Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, have topped out the 12-story boutique office tower at The Wynwood Plaza. This one million square foot mixed-use campus is located in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2025.
The 266,000 square foot Gesnler designed office tower will feature a residential building with 509 high end rental apartments as well as indoor and outdoor shops, cafes, restaurants. Marcelo Claure’s investment firm Claure Group will occupy 25400 square feet across the entire eighth floor while national law firm Weitz & Luxenberg are set to open their first Miami office on 18000 sq ft of space on second floor.
