Jersey City Apartment Building Sold for $18 Million | Real Estate Transaction

A 45-unit apartment building located at 211 Baldwin St. in Jersey City, New Jersey was sold for $17.7 million with the names of the buyer and seller not disclosed. The boutique building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units along with amenities such as a fitness center, onsite parking and pet washing station all within six minutes walking distance to Journal Square PATH Station providing easy access to lower Manhattan and midtown Manhattan areas. Jonathan Zamora from Marcus & Millichap represented both parties in this transaction procuring the buyer as well as representing the seller’s interests throughout negotiations.
