BROAD U.S.A recently renewed its headquarters lease, a 2,851-square-foot space at 401 Hackensack Avenue in NJ. The HVAC contractor will continue to occupy Suite 503 in the 10-story, 167,537-square foot office property which is home to other tenants such as Social Security Administration, Prager Metis and Omni Specialty Corporation.
Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis , Patrick Dean and Christina Magill represented BROAD U.S.A in the transaction with insight that “Bergen County continues to remain a strong office environment even amidst changing workplace preferences” according to DeMatteis . This renewal of their headquarters lease further cements BROAD U.S.’s presence within Bergen County’s commercial real estate market for years to come .
