Alpha SC Acquires Boston Mixed-Use Building for $20 Million

SC Alpha has acquired 37-43 Temple Place, a boutique mixed-use building in Boston, from 3MJ Realty for $20 million. The sale price equates to over $998 per square foot and $1.25 million per unit. The property consists of 16 residential units with a mix of two, three, and four bedrooms as well as 4,950 square feet of retail space that was fully gut-renovated and reconstructed in 2008. Located in Downtown Crossing the building is 100% leased with retail tenants including The Crossing Wine & Spirits and Victoria’s Jewelry.
