Leading apartment builder JPI is planning a 398-unit multifamily community in east Fort Worth near Eastchase Parkway and Interstate 30. The development, located at 8101 Ederville Road, will include units with private garages and a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse. Groundbreaking for the project is slated for later this year with completion expected by 2025.
In addition to the Fort Worth project, JPI has plans to develop an $80 million multifamily project in Anna totaling 320 units as well as a $65 million 380 unit multifamily development in Lewisville. With these projects underway or planned throughout Texas cities such as Fort Worth and Anna along with Lewisville ,JPI continues its commitment to providing quality housing solutions across the state .
