Evergreen Healthcare Group recently acquired EmpRes Healthcare, adding 46 senior care facilities across six states to its portfolio. Four of these properties are senior housing units. Tony Cassie, Gideon Orion and Mark Myers with Walker & Dunlop facilitated the sale for Evergreen CEO Issac Yenowitz who said the successful acquisition marks a “significant step” in the evolution of both organizations.
Prior to this purchase, Evergreen operated 11 properties across California, Nevada and Washington. The companies will move forward as EmpRes Operated by Evergreen with an aim to leverage their combined expertise in order to set new standards of care within their communities they serve.
Yenowitz expressed his commitment towards fostering healthier lives through this acquisition: “By integrating EmpRes centers into our portfolio we hope that we can elevate healthcare excellence within our served areas.”
