GFP Real Estate has announced two lease transactions totaling 5,666 square feet at 515 Madison Ave in the Plaza District. The DuMont Building, a 42-story class A building constructed in 1932 and designed by John H. Carpenter, comprises 370,000 square feet of space.
Law firm Kayser & Redfern renewed its 3,956-square-foot lease on the 31st floor with Martin McGrath of GFP Real Estate representing ownership and Sam Matayev from Norman Bobrow & Co representing the tenant. Kayser & Redfern first moved into this building back in 2013.
Boutique real estate firm Alpha Properties Group Corp also renewed their 1,710-square foot lease on the 30th floor with Martin McGrath again representing ownership while Amy Elliot represented her own company as tenant representative for Alpha Properties Group Corp..
This announcement follows GFP’s recent addition of two leases to their portfolio at 515 Madison Ave., further solidifying their presence within New York City’s Plaza District market
