DCI Solutions, a defense contracting company providing cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, systems engineering, healthcare IT engineering and program management services is expanding its presence at The Government and Technology Enterprise (The GATE) in Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The company has signed a lease for 12,074 square feet of space at 6175 Guardian Gateway – a single-story building within the 416-acre business community located within APG offering tenants 24/7 unrestricted access to the secure military installation.
DCI Solutions will relocate approximately 130 employees to their new space this summer. St John Properties represented the landlord while DCI was self-represented in this transaction.
This expansion marks an important milestone for DCI Solutions as they continue to grow their presence across Maryland and beyond.
