Park Transform Las Vegas Big Box Store into Industrial Park with Rockefeller Investment

Rockefeller Group has acquired the site of a former Walmart Supercenter in Las Vegas to develop two speculative industrial buildings spanning 369,198 square feet. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Rockefeller paid $19 million for the property and named it Craig Road Logistics Center – their third industrial development in the metro.

The largest building at Craig Road Logistics Center will feature 227,660 square feet with 36-foot clear heights along with 176 auto-parking stalls and 29 dock doors. The second one is set to total 141,538 square feet boasting 32-foot clear heights as well as 219 auto parking stalls and 18 dock doors.

Situated at an intersection of Craig Road & North Nellis Boulevard on 19 acres of land, this project is located less than 3 miles away from Cheyenne Industrial Park – another 145 630 sq ft project developed by Rockefeller Group on North Lamb Boulevard. Lee & Sakahara Architects are responsible for designing this building while TWC Construction serves as general contractor; JLL’s Jason Simon & Rob Lujan are listing brokers for this project.
