Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA) recently revealed that improvements to the 15-story building they are renting at “The Star” in Frisco, Texas will cost $110 million. Construction is set to begin in December 2020 with completion expected by the end of 2024. The company has also signed a long term lease for an entire 500,000 square foot building which will house 2,000 TIAA workers upon completion.
McAfee announced its regional headquarters would be located at The Star back in January this year while Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., made their move into a 350,000-square-foot build-to suit leased office space there last year. In addition to commercial buildings onsite, 91 acres of land also contains a 300 key Omni Frisco Hotel as well as 60k square feet fitness center along with several retail and dining options for visitors and residents alike – not forgetting it’s home to Dallas Cowboys too!
