Cushman & Wakefield Establishes Hospitality Capital Markets Team in Orange County

Cushman & Wakefield has bolstered its Orange County presence with the addition of a hospitality capital markets brokerage team, led by Executive Director Aseem Tandon. Joining him are Senior Associate Kamlesh Patel and Associate Johnny Quan, both of whom come from Colliers.
The primary purpose for this new team is to represent buyers and sellers in the hospitality property sector while providing full-service solutions to investors and developers in Orange County, Southern California region as well as across the United States.
