The Mogharebi Group, a multifamily investment advisory firm, is expanding its presence on the West Coast with the opening of an office in Downtown Portland, Oregon. Senior Vice President James L. Giblin will lead this new venture and work closely with Robert Parmar and Ryan Kidwell from their Seattle office.
Giblin brings nearly 40 years of experience in Portland’s multifamily markets to The Mogharebi Group; he was previously president and principal broker for his own real estate investment firm (The Giblin Company), which he founded in 2013, as well as a broker at Marcus & Millichap prior to that. He holds a BS degree in Finance and Marketing from Brigham Young University.
