Partners Capital Inc and CNR Retail, based in Los Angeles and Las Vegas respectively, have jointly acquired two Class A office buildings totaling 91,700 square feet in Henderson, NV for $17.25 million ($188/sf). The buyers plan to convert the existing single-story office buildings into a lifestyle retail center with crafted dining options as well as retail stores featuring design products, entertainment venues and health & wellness services.

Located at 2500 and 2550 Paseo Verde Pkwy within the Green Valley corridor of Henderson’s master-planned area; these single-story offices were built in 2000 & 2002 respectively. At the time of sale they were 81.6% occupied by GK Properties Real Estate & Management , Thrive Aviation , Village Capital & Investment LLC . JMA Ventures LLC and Blue Vista Capital Management LLC represented sellers during this transaction which was repped by CBRE team led by Tyler Ecklund on one side while Collier’s team led by Chris Clifford represented buyers .
