Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of 557-567 3rd Ave in Gowanus, Brooklyn for $7.35 million. Led by Jesse Kay and Jakub Nowak, the transaction involved approximately 13,700 square feet of vacant industrial warehouses located at the intersection of 3rd Ave and 15th St. The identities of both buyer and seller were not disclosed.
