The properties have been under the ownership of a private investor for 25 years and feature ground floor retail space with 36 apartments. With flexible zoning that permits both residential and commercial development, these five-story buildings offer 75 feet of frontage on West 42nd Street along with proximity to Hudson Yards and Chelsea neighborhoods as well as access to transportation options and entertainment offerings.
