Sandmar Properties Closes $10M Sale of Edgewood Plaza

Sandmar Properties recently sold Edgewood Plaza in Edgewood, Maryland for $10.35 million to an unidentified buyer. The 76,000-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center features tenants like Food Lion and Dollar General and boasts a 96% occupancy rate after undergoing capital improvement including parking lot resurfacing, roof replacement, façade painting and other upgrades.

The KLNB team led by Chris Burnham, Andy Stape and Vito Lupo along with Retail Investment Associate Jake Furnary represented the seller in this transaction.
