Lendlease has appointed Meg Spriggs to the role of managing director of development for the Americas, effective October 1. Currently serving as head of residential for Lendlease’s Google Development Ventures partnership, Spriggs will be based out of their San Francisco office. In her new position, she will assume responsibility for the firm’s $21-billion development pipeline in North America and Latin America including projects in New York City, Boston, Chicago and both Bay Area and Los Angeles markets.
