Aya Acquisitions, led by Amir Shriki, recently purchased a three-building mixed-use multi-housing and retail portfolio on West 42nd Street in Midtown West Manhattan for $20 million. The properties had been owned by a private investor for 25 years and feature ground floor retail space with 36 apartments that have flexible zoning to accommodate both residential and commercial development. With 75 feet of frontage on West 42nd Street directly opposite the Port Authority bus terminal, the trio of five story buildings offer unparalleled access to transportation options as well as cultural attractions and entertainment venues nearby.
The sale was arranged by JLL Capital Markets team Bob Knakal & Jonathan Hageman who noted “the property has an excellent location near Hudson Yards & West Chelsea neighborhoods with some of the world’s best offerings at its doorstep”.
