DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International has announced the addition of Thomas Engel as an associate. In his new role, Engel will be responsible for ownership representation, tenant and buyer representation, and investment analysis with a focus on the O’Hare area.
Managing Broker George Cibula stated that “Tom brings great knowledge of sales and management from his background in retail to this new role. He is highly energetic and committed to providing clients with real estate solutions.” Engel will work closely alongside Vice President Chris Mergenthaler at DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International – a privately held real estate brokerage firm based in suburban Chicago offering property management services, investments opportunities, as well as development options. Prior to joining DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International , he worked in retail sales management while studying economics & French language at Northern Illinois University .
