Stream Realty Partners has completed a one million square foot industrial project in Baytown, Texas. Called the Portside Logistics Center, the Class AA development offers occupants from 122,971 feet to over 1 million square feet of space. The speculative industrial property provides immediate access to Grand Parkway (State Highway 99), Interstate 10, Highway 225 and Highway 146 for expedited access to Port Houston’s two container terminals–Barbour’s Cut and Bayport.
Portside Logistics Center features multiple configurations with an expandable 760,000-square-foot cross-dock building and a flexible 260,000-square-foot front load building that boast 40 foot clear heights respectively. “Given the growth in container throughput at Port Houston along with our close proximity to its terminals we believe this position is perfectly suited for capturing burgeoning demand for logistics real estate in this area,” said Stream Realty Partner’s Justin Robinson regarding their latest venture into commercial real estate development .
The project broke ground during third quarter 2022 near corporate neighbors such as Ikea , Walmart , The Home Depot , Niagara Bottling & Floor & Decor .
