Pearlstone Moving Ahead with 3 Austin Apartment Developments

Pearlstone is moving forward with plans to build three new multifamily communities in Austin, Texas. The projects include the three-building Pressler with 247 residential units; 62 East, a skyscraper with 215 luxury condos; and 14th & Lavaca, a condo tower of 250 units. Pressler would be located west of downtown at 300 Pressler St., and could total approximately 302,000 square feet including some commercial space. Pearlstone expects to break ground on this project in early 2024 and complete construction around the second quarter of 2026. 14th & Lavaca will rise 32 floors at the southwest corner of 14th and Lavaca streets replacing an old automotive shop location – it may also have a hotel element for which Pearlstone is currently seeking partners. With all necessary zoning permits acquired by Pearlstone now they are searching for capital partners to finance these developments in order to move forward towards completion dates set forth by their team members involved in each respective project’s planning stages
