Avenue One, a tech-driven platform for institutional players in residential rental real estate, has appointed Brent Elkins and Jeremy King to bolster its team and broaden its investor network.
Elkins takes the role of head of Real Estate Capital Partnerships with responsibility for nurturing relationships with traditional real estate investors in investment management firms and institutional plan sponsors. Meanwhile, King joins as head of Alternative Capital Partnerships focusing on structured finance investors such as insurance companies and corporates.
