Vertical World, America’s pioneering climbing gym, has signed a 15-year lease for 42,337 square feet of space at Commodore Interbay Industry Center – a recently renovated industrial property. This strategic expansion follows Seattle’s new zoning measure passed in July and will allow Vertical World to offer an enhanced experience for its members.
Located on the corner of West Commodore Way and 24th Avenue West, the 213,066-square-foot industrial project offers 3,000 amps of power with ample parking options including secured entrances as well as operable cranes and dock-high doors with 18′ clear heights throughout its fully insulated buildings.
This move marks an exciting step forward for Vertical World – renowned for being the first climbing gym in U.S., allowing them to further enrich their services while providing customers with even more opportunities to enjoy their unique offerings.
