Introducing Waterton's New Outbound Hotels Brand

Waterton, a nationally-recognized real estate investor and operator based in Chicago, has launched its new Outbound Hotels brand. This collection of locally-minded hotels provides differentiated lodging options for lifestyle travelers looking to experience outdoor adventures near town centers and cultural hubs.

In addition to launching this innovative brand, Waterton has partnered with Argosy Real Estate Partners on a 17 acre Qualified Opportunity Zone site located south of Yosemite National Park in Oakhurst California. The property will be developed as Outbound Yosemite Resort – a 135 key outdoor inspired lifestyle hotel designed for travelers who want to disconnect from their everyday lives so they can reconnect with nature.
