White Lodging Services is set to begin construction on a 13-story Autograph Collection hotel at Fifth and Trinity in Austin. According to the public filing, the $92 million project will feature 258 guest rooms, a ballroom, full-service restaurant and bar. Construction is expected to start in October of this year with completion scheduled for August 2025. The new hotel will replace Trinity Hall event venue and former Russian House restaurant (see photo).
White Lodging has already developed 12 hotels, 10 restaurants and five rooftop bars in Austin – including The Otis near University of Texas which also belongs to Marriott’s Autograph Collection brand. With this latest addition underway soon enough, travelers can look forward to more upscale options when visiting the city!
