Mapletree is set to complete renovations on the 215,394 square foot Galatyn Commons Building C in Richardson, Texas. This building is one of four that makes up the campus and since recent upgrades to its three other buildings have been completed, it has become 100% leased with tenants from financial, healthcare, real estate and aerospace sectors signing large long-term leases.
Upgrades at Building C will include an expansive double-height lobby with tenant lounge and collaboration space as well as updated elevator landings. Additionally a 10,000 sq.-ft fitness center will be upgraded while a Wi-Fi enabled tenant lounge for employee workspace will be added by December 2023 when all renovations are expected to conclude. Lease arrangements are being handled by Cushman & Wakefield.
