Groundbreaking News: EAH Housing Breaks Ground on Hayward Affordable Complex

EAH Housing, a non-profit affordable housing developer, has begun construction on Mission Paradise – an amenity-rich apartment complex for low-income seniors in Hayward, CA. The two buildings will provide 76 apartments to those at 20% to 80% of the area median income (AMI), with some units designated for homeless individuals and those with severe mental illness.

“At EAH Housing we are dedicated to meeting the needs of our low-income senior population,” said Laura Hall, CEO of EAH Housing. “We understand that providing shelter is just one part; this project offers a range of amenities and resources designed to improve quality life.”

Designed by DAHLIN Group and constructed by J.H Fitzmaurice Inc., Mission Paradise features community amenities such as an exercise room, computer lab, 24/7 staffing services along with resource coordinators for all units plus case management services offered specifically for formerly homeless households.
