Ed Owen, head of International Capital USA at Knight Frank, is set to join Berkadia’s DC Metro office in order to bolster the strategic alliance between the two firms. In his role, Owen will manage incoming capital into Berkadia’s network and collaborate with U.S.-based investors looking to deploy capital on a global scale.
The alliance was formed in January 2023 with the goal of connecting clients with active investors worldwide while providing them access to diverse sources of capital and opportunities. With over 16 years of experience in international commercial real estate under his belt, Ed brings an invaluable skill set that will help establish an International Capital desk within Berkadia’s organization.
