Panattoni Development, in partnership with PGIM Real Estate, has broken ground on the Eastside’s largest new industrial development – North Creek Commerce Center. Located at 18712 Bothell Everett Highway in Bothell, Washington and expected to be completed by July 2024, this 29-acre Class A flex/industrial park offers 243,000 square feet of space with direct access to Bothell Everett Highway as well as easy access to I-5 , I-405 , and SR-9 .
Executive Vice President Zach Vall-Spinosa of Kidder Mathews along with JSH Properties’ Ernie Velton and Reese Velton are the leasing agents for this project. According to Vall Spinosa: “We are excited about offering a brand new product which is lacking close in flex/manufacturing space on the Eastside market. This development will not only create a state of art facility but also offer an impressive high parking ratio – nearly three times what most projects can provide.”
