Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Los Amigos Mobile Home Park, a 72-site manufactured home community on 7.46 acres of land in Lakewood, for $9,250,000. Dustin Wilmer VP investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office facilitated the transaction between Monte Christo Communities and the seller who had owned it since its inception. The property was sold off-market at the seller’s request and is located at 20806 Gridley Rd., Lakewood.
