The five-year renewal covers the 5th and 6th floors of the building. CS Global works with luxury brands and organizations such as Tom Ford, Disney+, Google, Estée Lauder, The Metropolitan Museum of Art ,The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), Michael Kors , Cartier and La Mer.
The historic building at 100 Crosby Street was constructed in 1884 by architect Thomas Stent in a neo-Grecian style . It features a newly renovated lobby and entrance that celebrates Soho’s cast-iron historic district’s architectural character . Neith Stone from GFP Real Estate represented the landlord during this transaction .
