Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two leases totaling 115,000 square feet at Princeton Point, an office property located at 600 College Road East in Princeton, NJ. Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories signed a 53,000-square-foot lease while State Street Bank renewed its 63,000-square-foot lease. The transactions were represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Carton and Todd Elfand who represented the landlord Nuveen Real Estate with tenant representation provided by Shawn Straka of C&W.
