Melvin Mark Companies, a Portland-based commercial real estate company, has appointed Peter Andrews as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Andrews will be responsible for identifying and defining strategies, processes and goals that will ensure the company’s continued growth while providing the best service to clients, partners and employees.

Andrews brings with him 20 years of experience at Melvin Mark Companies where he provided commercial real estate services to clients while leading both their brokerage & marketing teams simultaneously. He coordinates plans & assists on various significant endeavors whilst continuing his role as Executive Vice President of Brokerage & Principal Broker alongside managing operations within COO capacity.
