Novva Chooses N. Phoenix for New Datacenter Site

Novva, a data center company launched in 2020, has acquired 165 acres of Arizona State Land at auction for $62.7 million. Located at Warner Road and Loop 202 in Mesa, the site could be used as part of Novva’s fifth datacenter project with an estimated investment up to $5 billion over seven years. The CEO told the Arizona Republic that plans are expected to be finalized before Q1 2024 and ground breaking could begin as early as 2025.

The company already operates data centers in Utah and Colorado Springs with additional sites planned for Las Vegas and Reno. With this latest acquisition, Novva is well on its way towards achieving their goal of becoming one of the largest providers of datacenters across North America by 2027
