Partner Valuation Advisors, a national commercial real estate valuation advisory firm, has appointed Phillip Hanshew as managing director in San Francisco. In this role, he will lead Partner’s market growth efforts in the West region including California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

Hanshew brings almost two decades of commercial real estate appraisal experience with him. Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors he served as Managing Director at BBG based out of San Francisco while before that held a principal position at Integra Realty Resources’ Portland office (OR). His expertise covers markets throughout California and Pacific Northwest along with strong industry connections across both regions.
