CenterSquare Investment Management has acquired Casey Corner, an 80-unit build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community in Westfield, Indiana. This investment marks CenterSquare’s debut BTR venture in the Indianapolis market and provides easy access to the I-465 Beltway. The two story townhomes feature three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms with attached garages that average 1,750 square feet. Acquisition of completed homes will occur over several stages from August 2023 through February 2024.
