Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living and Double Eagle Development have joined forces with general contractor Lendlease to top off The Saint Grand in Streeterville – the newest mixed-use development. Located at 218 E. Grand Ave., this 21-story property stands at the corner of Grand Avenue and St Clair. Office tenant buildouts are expected later this year while residential deliveries will follow in early 2024.
The project is set to add 248 luxury apartments to Streeterville along with 45,000 square feet of office space and 7,500 square feet of street-level retail on its northeast corner; all within walking distance from Lake Michigan as well as dining, shopping and entertainment offerings found on Michigan Avenue.
