GREA has announced the $15.66 million off-market sale of The Reserve at Stockbridge, located at 115 Rock Quarry Road in Henry County, 17 miles southeast of downtown Atlanta. Representing the seller Hallmark Properties was GREA’s Barden Brown, Taylor Brown and Chandler Brown who managed the sale to Think Multifamily.
The 1987-built 88-unit garden style community offers two bedroom floorplans with low bad debt and excellent tenants that have seen recent rent growth in Henry County. With plans to reduce loss to lease on the rent roll while keeping bad debt below two percent, Think Multifamily is set up for success with this acquisition from Hallmark Properties represented by GREA’s founding partner Barden Brown: “We are excited for them as they execute their business plan.”
