Harlem Apartments Sold for $19M: New-Builds Available Now

A 48-unit apartment property located at 2130 Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard in Harlem was sold for $18.8 million to a private investor with institutional backing. The seller, a large institution, remains undisclosed. Joe Koicim, Shaun Riney, Seth Glasser, Michael Fusco, Benny Katz and Jeremy M. Klausner from Marcus & Millichap’s NYC office managed the transaction successfully.
