Skanska recently completed two campus renovation projects in the Boston region. At Boston College, Skanska undertook a $1.5 million renovation of Higgins Hall auditorium, which required complete demolition and installation of new finishes such as acoustical wall panels and millwork. Additionally, they renovated Northeastern University’s 60,000-square-foot White Hall Dormitory with a scope including flooring removal, hazardous material abatement and new flooring installations across multiple areas of the building for an estimated cost of $2.6 million dollars.
