Marcus & Millichap Sells Grocery-Anchored Property in Wisconsin

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 112,010-square foot grocery anchored multi-tenant retail property located in Waukesha, Wisconsin for $14.9 million with a CMBS loan placed on the acquisition. Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, as well as Associate Marc Sitzer from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office had exclusive listing rights to market the property on behalf of an overseas limited liability company seller. The team procured multiple offers and represented a Michigan-based limited liability company buyer while Regional Manager Todd Lindblom assisted in closing this transaction.

Located at 601-921 Meadowbrook Road, this asset is anchored by Sendek’s Grocery Store with seven tenants having remained at the property for over 10 years including Walgreens, McDonald’s and Cost Cutters who have been present for more than two decades providing stability and loyalty to investors.
