Newmark has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment of 2501 Cedar Springs, a fully renovated 110,000-square-foot office property in Dallas. The $8 million capital improvement completed in July 2023 entirely repositioned the property as a Class A boutique office building within the Uptown Dallas submarket.
Cushman & Wakefield recently hired Robert LaCoure, Jill Nesloney and Bryce Adams to its downtown Houston office located in Texas Tower as part of its office agency leasing team. LaCoure joins as Senior Director; Nesloney joins as Director; and Adams joins as an Associate.
A $35 million environmentally friendly data center is planned at an existing 162,543-sf warehouse located at 505 N Wildwood Dr., Irving with plans to develop more than a dozen carbon neutral zero water data centers nationwide.
The Austin Bergstrom International Airport is expanding on its west end beyond gates 33 and 34 adding 84,500 gross sq ft over three levels including 32000 sq ft on concourse level for new passenger amenities plus mezzanine level and airline support space below that area along with 12 gate boarding bridges being replaced while creating 3 new gates to offset future expansion projects closures .
