CRG, a Chicago-based commercial real estate firm, has hired Susan Bergdoll as senior vice president and partner for the Midwest industrial region. In her new role, Bergdoll will be responsible for developing CRG’s speculative and build-to-suit warehouses in the Midwest to serve e-commerce companies, Fortune 500 brands and other clients.
Backed by 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Bergdoll brings strategic insights and an impressive track record that will further bolster CRG’s presence in the Midwest industrial market. Before joining CRG she was responsible for Duke Realty’s $1.7 billion portfolio of nearly 40 million square feet across the region; annually overseeing a $150-$250 million pipeline of speculative and build-to suit deals with major Fortune 100/500 brands.
A graduate from Indiana University Bloomington ,Berdgol is five time recipient of Duke Realty’s Masters Club award; winning Salesperson Of The Year title at Duke as well as clinching 2021 Chicago NAIOP Deal Of The Year accolade .
