Debuting Four Hotels in San Francisco: Chicago's Oxford Capital

Oxford Capital Group, based in Chicago, is introducing four newly rebranded hotels: Hotel Julian San Francisco (formerly Hotel Vertigo), SoMa House (previously Americania Hotel), Hotel Garrett (formerly Good Hotel) and the recently renamed Fiona hotel formerly known as Carriage Inn. Oxford’s wholly owned affiliate, Oxford Hotels & Resorts will continue to manage these properties after their reopening.

Sarang Peruri, CEO of Oxford Capital Group expressed his optimism about downtown San Francisco’s long-term prospects saying “By investing in these four properties as well as coming off recent comprehensive refreshes of our local portfolio of nine hotels including Griffon and Los Gatos we are confident that our offerings will be able to stand out from the competition and attract new customers.”
