$65M Arlington Senior Living Rentals: Integrated Building Solutions

Integrated Real Estate Group is set to head up a $65 million project in Arlington, Texas. The development, Watermere at the Highlands, will be located at 100 W. Arbrook Blvd and is scheduled to begin early next year with final completion anticipated for 2026. Located close to the Arlington Highlands open-air retail center, this project marks Integrated’s latest venture in property management and development since 1995 – totaling over $1 billion worth of real estate projects across South Central United States.
Arrive Architecture Group based out of Bedford has been tapped as designer for Watermere at the Highlands; their portfolio includes independent living units along with assisted living facilities throughout Flower Mound, Frisco and Mansfield areas among others. This new senior housing rental complex promises an exciting addition to Dallas-Fort Worth area when it opens its doors in 2026!
